Yay finally a picture that I like and has all the details.
though her skin was too dark... I "fixed" it, at least somewhat. Copics + Sakura micron pens. Gotta love them.

Race: elf, probably forest
Weapon: staff with a crystal orb on the end, channels magic energy and keeps her own magic under control (if she doesn't have it with her or within about 5 feet of her, for perhaps a few hours, her magic starts radiating from her and starts magically warping things around her). The staff also serves as a "broom" of sorts; she can fly while riding it. It can change sizes for convenience: staff sized, wand sized, and just the ball (to hook onto a chain and wear around her neck)
Personality: rather temperamental; easy to anger her. Short fused and with a hot temper. Uses sarcasm or is very serious sometimes. Doesn't seem to be "happy" all that much, can lash out at friends but is very loyal and protective of them. Doesn't do peppy at all. Very rare to get a smile out of her. Otherwise is mellow.
History: For most of her adult life, Mandy had taken odd jobs, usually in the business of a body guard or security officer. Her temper usually got her fired within a few months, though a few realized the value of her magic and her skill and chose to ignore her fiery temper. She dedicates herself to every job that she is given, sometimes not paying attention to her own wellbeing and therefore ending up with major injuries to tend to at the end of the job. She also works at rounding up bad guys, working with the police force to help them round up villains. Oftentimes, in her spare time, she hunts down convicts and turns them in. _{(In modern day version, she is a 'superheroine', chases down supervillians, etc)}
